Pickup of shipments must be announced at least two hours before the scheduled pickup and two hours before the end of customer service hours to ensure timely collection of the shipment. Pickup on Saturdays is conducted exclusively by prior arrangement made during the previous week. Additionally, our Customer Service ensures that users receive all the necessary information about the status of their shipments.
